Obituary for Olga Theresa Zayacz (Pehota)

Franklin, NJ: Olga Theresa Zayacz(nee Pehota), 94 years old, died after a brief illness at Care One Care Center in Morristown, NJ on Saturday, November 8, 2014. Born to Born to Fred Pehota and Pola Kushnier in New York City, NY, Olga had been a lifelong resident of Franklin, NJ.

Olga was a graduate of Franklin High School and worked at Picatinny Arsenal during WWII. . Olga also worked for many years as a cutter at Morley Shirt Factory in Franklin, NJ before retiring in 1995. She was a longtime parishioner of Immaculate Conception RC Church, Franklin, NJ.

Olga was predeceased by her husband of 39 years, Frank M. Zayacz(1981), her son, Frank R. Zayacz(2001), ), siblings Tanya, John, George, and Mary. Olga is survived by her daughter, Christine Gede and her husband, Louis of Highland Lakes, NJ; her son Don Zayacz and his significant other, Barbara Quinlan of Linden, NJ. Grandchildren Samantha (Gede) Gordon, her husband, Doug; Adam Gede and Don Zayacz, II.; Great grandchilren Olivia and Sienna Gordon; Daughter in law Doris Zayacz of Sparta, NJ. Olga is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 10 to 11:30 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception RC Church, Franklin, NJ at 12 Noon. Interment will be at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Hardyston Twp., NJ.
