Obituary for Margaret F. Teetzel (Messina)

Franklin: Margaret F. Teetzel, 98 died Saturday April 9, 2016 at Valley View Care Center in Newton. Mrs. Teetzel was the daughter of the late Frank and Anna (Marano) Messina. She was born in Jersey City January 13, 1918. Mrs. Teetzel resided in Jersey City before moving to Franklin in 2006.

Mrs. Teetzel worked in the Janitorial Department at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken. Family and friends always enjoyed her beautiful singing voice and her love of music.

Mrs. Teetzel was predeceased by her husband, W. Lawrence Teetzel in 1976 and her son, Robert “Frank” Teetzel in 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Julian “Sis” Wroldsen and her husband William of Franklin and many nieces & nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday April 15, 2016 at 11:00AM at Rosehill Cemetery, Linden. Memorial donations may be made to Valley View Care Center 1 Summit Ave. Newton, NJ 07860. Arrangements have been entrusted to F. John Ramsey Funeral Home One Main St. Franklin. www.fjohnramseyfuneralhome.com
