Tiffany enjoyed writing, watching movies and cuddling.

Tiffany is predeceased by her father, William F. Bernard(2010) and an uncle, Scott Kull and was the daughter of Karen Bernard of Franklin, NJ. Dear sister of Brittany Bernard of Franklin, NJ. Niece of Jayne Valvano of Hillsboro, NJ, Cheryl Frank of Hillsboro, NJ, Wayne Kull of Bridgewater, NJ, Jeff Kull of Seaside, CA, Danielle Yenter of Chicago, IL, Lauren Loftus of Doylestown, PA and Tara Giuliano of Clinton, NJ. Loving granddaughter of William F. Bernard of Easton, PA and Virginia Bernard of Mount Vernon, NY. Cherished by many cousins.

The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ on Monday, May 1, 2017 from 4-8 PM. Service to follow at 8:00 PM. Cremation is private.
