Branchville; Carol Jane Touw (nee Springer), 86, passed away on Saturday August 19, 2017. Carol was born on October 14, 1930 in Hamburg, NJ to the late Harold and Sarah (nee Gregory) Springer.

Carol was a homemaker. She was a member of the Eastern Star and a member of the Hamburg Ladies Auxiliary Fire Department.

Carol was predeceased by her siblings, John L. Springer, Anna M. Devita, Margaret G. Zobott and Dorothy E. Springer.

Carol is survived by her daughter, Carolann Courtright of Dingmans Ferry PA and a son, Terry Touw of Waterford, CT, and her two grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends will be received on Friday August 25th from 9AM to time of service at 11AM at the F.
