James Alton Lippincott, Sr. of Franklin, NJ passed away on 22 Nov. 2018. He was born in Alpha, NJ on 9 Oct. 1934 to the late Robert Lippincott and Mildred (Ensley) Lippincott.
Predeceased by his first wife Nancy; 3 sisters, Doris, Florence, and Beatrice; and his step-daughter Elizabeth, James is survived by his wife Bertha; his son James Jr. of Franklin; daughters Victoria Teabo and husband Audie of Hudson, FL; Debra Gibbs of Pen Argyl, PA; Veronica Southard and husband John of Wantage, NJ; and two step-sons Stephen Koskovich of Clackamas, OR and Leonard Koskovich of Mercer, PA; 2 Sisters Evelyn Schenewolf and Shirley Williams of Easton, PA; 19 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren; as well as many nephews and nieces.
James served in the Korean War. He retired from the Franklin School system in 1999, and was an avid Hunter and fisherman.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ 07416.
