Westtown, NY: William Charles "Willie Bear" Randolph of Westtown, NY, entered into rest on Friday, October 11, 2019. He was 72. The son of the late William E. & Ruth Brandefine Randolph, he was born on February 8, 1947. He spent the majority of his life on Staten Island, before moving upstate NY five years ago to be closer to his children and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his ex-wife Margaret"Peggy"Johnson.

Willie was an avid fan of all racing and was a devoted fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. He enjoyed coin collecting from a young age and frequented the auction and flea market circuit in his spare time. He loved listening to Doo Wop and 50's music. Willie was retired from Mason Tenders Union Local 79. He very proudly earned the rank of Eagle Scout from Troop 35 in Staten Island, NY. He graduated from Ralph R. McKee Vocational & Technical High School in 1965.

Willie will be missed by his daughters Andrea and Alexis Randolph and Jill Kelly; his son, Frank Randolph and his step-son John Pytleski. He had 7 grandchildren, Darian, Emily, Adrianna and Melissa Raub, Frank Randolph Jr, James Massa and Sophia Mekhil. Also surviving him are 3 great grandchildren; Nevaeh, Chanelle and Frank Randolph III.

Graveside service will be held on October 28, 2019 at 11am. Burial will be held in Moravian Cemetery 2205 Richmond Rd, Staten Island, NY 10306.
