Highland LakesJohn Fredy Imbarrato, 35 years old, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. Born in Medellin, Colombia, South America, he has been a lifelong resident of the Highland Lakes section of Vernon Twp., NJ.

John will be remembered for his fun loving personality and his devotion to his family and friends He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Highland Lakes, NJ, he was a dedicated husband, a doting father and enjoyed playing softball with the Highland Lakes league as well as being an avid poker player.

John is the beloved husband of Susan Imbarrato(nee Cairns) of Highland Lakes, NJ. Loving father of Ariane, Madeline, Connor and Hayden. Devoted son of Rev. Father Stephen Imbarrato of Albuquerque, NM. Dear brother in law of Michael Cairns of Dingman’s Ferry, PA and Jennyfer Cairns of Monroe, MI.

The family will receive their friends at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94(1 Vanderhoof Court for GPS), Vernon, NJ on Monday, August 11, 2014 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be at Our Lady of Fatima RC Church, Highland Lakes, NJ on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Cremation will be private.
