Obituary for James John Yurchak

Franklin, NJ: James John Yurchak, 63 years old, died after a short illness at The Homestead in Frankford Twp., NJ on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Born to Peter and Florence Yurchak in Franklin, NJ, he has been a lifelong resident of Franklin, NJ.

James worked as a night time stocker for A & P in Franklin for many years and then worked as a custodian for the Vernon Twp. Board of Education for 15 years before retiring in 2004. James was a parishioner of Immaculate Conception RC Church in Franklin, NJ and enjoyed karate, watching science fiction shows and films especially Star Trek.

James was predeceased by his parents, a brother, Thomas Yurchak and a sister, Suzi Yurchak and was the dear brother of Janet Curry and her husband, Ronald Robinson of Matamoras, PA, Mark Yurchak of Montague, NJ and Beth Ann Bottiglieri and her husband, Bruce of Sewell, NJ. Brother in law of Linda Yurchak of Mount Arlington, NJ. Cherished by many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ on Friday, March 11, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral from the funeral home on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at 8:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at Immaculate Conception RC Church, Franklin, NJ at 9:30 AM. Interment to follow at North Hardyston Cemetery, Hardyston Twp., NJ. Memorial gifts to a favorite charity in James’ name would be appreciated.
