Scenic Lakes, Hamburg; Elizabeth L. Novotny (nee Marrazzo), 65, died on Sunday August 6, 2017 at Morristown Medical Center, NJ. Elizabeth was born on November 11, 1951, Staten Island, NY to the late Humberto and Carmela (nee Denoia) Marrazzo. She grew up in Staten Island, married and lived in Bayonne before moving to Scenic Lakes in 1987.

Elizabeth was an overnight clerk at Wal-Mart in Franklin for 16 years retiring in 2015.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Salvatore Marrazzo. She was a member of St. Jude the Apostle RC Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, George Novotny, and her devoted children, Lisa Marie Novotny of Manhattan, and Brian M. Novotny of Norfolk, VA, and her cherished grandson Declan Blake Novotny.

Relatives and friends will be received on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9PM at the Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home 241 Rt. 94, Vernon, NJ (GPS use 1 Vanderhoof Court). Family will gather at funeral home on Monday at 9AM for a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial service at St. Jude the Apostle RC Church, cremation service private.
