Obituary for Raymond Milligan
Hamburg: Raymond Milligan, 75, passed away on Friday March 2, 2018 at the Hackensack Medical Center, Hackensack, NJ. Raymond was born in Paterson on September 25, 1942 to the late Raymond and Stella (nee Stachelek) Milligan.
Raymond served in the United States Army from 1964 - 1970 during the Vietnam War. He married the love of his life Alice Isakson in 1968. He owned a farm in Vernon where he was a livestock dealer. He worked for UPS and became an Officer of the Teamsters Union Local 177, became the Secretary Treasurer of Teamsters Local 11, and a Trustee of the Teamsters Benefit Fund. Raymond enjoyed the outdoors and spent retirement, golfing, fishing, traveling and especially enjoying the grandchildren.
Raymond was predeceased by his son, Raymond in 1986 and his sister, Doris Broderick in 2001.
Raymond is survived by his wife of 49 years, Alice, his daughter, Aliisa Hayes and her husband, Jeff of Lafayette, and his grandchildren, Maria, Emily and Ryan Hayes, and his sister Lois Guttzeit and her husband Richard of Northvale, NJ.
