Barry Lakes, NJ: Robert W.A. Baker, Sr., 38 years old, died after a long illness at home on Monday, June 25, 2018. Born to Robert W. Baker and Mary Macowiak in Teaneck, NJ, he had lived in Saddle Brook, Tuckerton and Upper Twp. of Cape May before moving to the Barry Lakes section of Vernon Twp., NJ 5 years ago.

Robert worked as a self employed electrician for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman taking great joy in fishing and camping.

Robert is predeceased by his mother, Mary and is the beloved husband for 15 years of Kathleen Baker(nee Cangialose) of Barry Lakes, NJ. Devoted father of Robert W.A. Baker, Jr., Emily and Cassidy Baker all at home. Loving son of Robert “Wayne” Baker of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Dear brother of Jonathan Baker of Marmora, NJ.

Memorial services will be at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94(1 Vanderhoof Court for GPS), Vernon, NJ on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM. Cremation is private. Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers to the family for the children’s benefit is greatly appreciated.
