Ogdenburg: Dee Devine (nee Kiessel) passed away on September 13, 2018. Dee was born in Engelwood, NJ on June 18, 1955 to Frederick and Gwendolyn (nee Blackwell) Kiessel. Dee was a longtime resident of Ogdensburg.

Dee was employed at Sears Repair in Wharton, NJ and other locations as the Manager retiring after 25 years service in 2008. Dee was a volunteer for the Ogdensburg First Aid Squad for many years.
Dee was predeceased by her brother Jerry Kiessel.

Dee was the mother of Jessica Ann Kowar and her husband Russell Ashley of Albrightsville, PA, grandmother of Alexandra Kowar and her husband Kyle Schafer, Derek Kowar and Katie and Krystina Ashley and great grandmother of Kylee Schafer

Relative and friends will be received at the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home One Main Street, Franklin, NJ on Friday September 21st from 9AM to time of services at 11AM, committal service at Sparta Cemetery, Sparta.
