Highland Lakes; Barbara Schellhammer, 77, passed away on Saturday September 15, 2018. Barbara was born on March 7, 1941 in the Bronx, NY to Walter and Adelaide (nee Samide) Schellhammer. Barbara has a resident of Highland Lakes the last 40 years.

Barbara was a graduate from Clifton High School and began working for Bell Telephone at 18 years old, she retired as a Assistant Manager and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. She was also a part time worker at the Highland Lakes Clubhouse.

She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Walter Schellhammer.

Barbara is survived by a niece, Laura Schellhammer, a nephew, Bret Schellhammer and a great nephew, Jayden Fisher of Kinnelon, NJ, also survived by her longtime and dear friend, Barbara Bobbie Giovan of Highland Lakes, NJ.
