Obituary for Steven R. Posada
Steven R. Posada, age 70 of Cottonwood, AZ, passed away on Friday, December 7th, 2018 at the Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood.
Born in Las Villas, Cuba to the late Rafael and Maria (Marcelo) Posada, Steven came to the United States when he was twelve. Steven proudly served in the United States Army as a captain and medic during the Vietnam War. Following the war, Steven became a medical doctor, working as a general practitioner until his retirement a few years ago.
Predeceased by his parents, Steven is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine Peres-Posada; son Sean Posada; daughter Lorraine and her husband Gustave Hill.
Visitation for Steven will be held on Saturday, December 15th, 2018 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ 07416. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church in Franklin, with burial in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Hardyston Twp.
