Antonio “Tony” Testino, 58 years old, died unexpectedly on March 20, 2019.
Tony was born in France to Italian parents who later immigrated to the United States in 1968. He grew up in Guttenberg, N.J. and was a graduate of North Bergen High School. He then moved to Hamburg, N.J. where he was currently residing. He was the owner of Brothers Pizza and Restaurant in Vernon, N.J. for over two decades and then moved his business to Hamburg, N.J.
Tony was a kind, gentle spirit who loved to donate his time and efforts towards local events, little league teams, Special Olympics and other charities. He loved music, particularly do-wop and Elvis.
Mr. Testino is the beloved son of Domenico and Giuseppina Testino of Corato, Italy. He is survived by Rosa Leuci Testino of Hamburg, N.J. and his daughter, Melissa Maria. Beloved brother of Michael Testino and his wife, Pina Testino of Hamburg, his sister, Nancy Testino-Benitez and her husband, Tony, his nephew, Michael A. Testino and niece, Alessandra Testino. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles Cataldo Testino of Italy, Matteo Testino of Moonachie, Luigi Testino of Oakland, NJ, Anna Grammatica of Italy, Phyllis Martinelli of Wanaque, Fran Testino of Pompton Lakes, Rose Pjetrovic of Texas, and Rosa Tempesta of Riverdale, NJ.
