Sussex, NJ: Cynthia Lou Ungerer, 62 years old, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, June 28, 2019. Born to Louis G. and Cecelia Ungerer in Newton, NJ, she has lived in Sussex, Ogdensburg and most recently Sussex, NJ.
Cynthia worked as a secretary at Picatinny Arsenal in Dover, NJ and also as an ER secretary for St. Clares Hospital in Sussex, NJ. She was a doting mother and grandmother.
Cynthia is predeceased by a brother, Louis Ungerer(2006) and is the devoted mother of Matthew McNabb of Sussex, NJ, Megan McNabb of Deposit, NY, Melanie McNabb of Sussex, NJ, Michael McNabb of Franklin, NJ and Larry McNabb of Phoenix, AZ. Loving grandmother of Robert, Mikayla, Luna and Addison. Dear sister of Michael Ungerer of East Flat Rock, NC.
A Celebration of Cynthia’s Life will be Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Monicas RC Church, Sussex, NJ. Private cremation services by Ferguson Funeral Home, 27 Third Street, Sussex, NJ are private.
