Newton, NJ: Helen J. Terhune(nee Struckman), 89 years old, passed away peacefully at Barn Hill Care Center, Newton, NJ on Friday, August 23, 2019. Born in Hackensack, NJ, she had lived in Park Ridge, NJ, Las Vegas, NV for 15 years and Hamburg, NJ for 7 years before moving to Newton in 2014.
Helen worked as a bookkeeper for Pezro in Montvale, NJ for 15 years. She was an avid animal lover and took great joy in crossword and jigsaw puzzles.
Helen is predeceased by her husband, Gordon R. Terhune, Sr.(2007) and is the devoted mother of Nancy Stanley and her husband, Arthur of Wurtsboro, NY, Sandy Myzak and her husband, Walter of Vernon Twp., NJ, Carolyn Ottogalli and her husband, Bruce of Vernon Twp., NJ, Gordon R. Terhune, II and his wife, Diane of Sparta Twp., NJ and Shirley Sena and her husband, Mark of Hamburg, NJ. Cherished by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
