I knew Artie since 2nd grade. He was always a sweet and caring person that wanted everyone to be happy. I can remember being in 5th grade and having a Winter birthday sucked, so one of the few options in Franklin was to have an ice skating party at Franklin Pond. I can remember us trying to ice skate in our sneakers and snow boots because none of us thought to bring ice skates. We kept falling and we were freezing, but had so much fun. I hope the family can find peace at this time. RIP Artie.
