Stephen E. Tallau, age 64 of Suwanee, GA, passed away peacefully at the Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ.
Born in Newark, NJ to the late Edward and Gladys (Mott) Tallau and raised in Florham Park, NJ, Steve had lived primarily in Vernon, NJ for over forty years before just recently settling in Georgia. A former Vice President of Sales / Partner for Logic Healthcare, KPMG Consulting, Perot Systems, and DataStudy, to name a few, Steve was very accomplished and highly respected in his career. He was a nature lover; earning the rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America. Most endearing to anyone who knew him, Steve had a great sense of humor and always enjoyed making people laugh.
Predeceased by his parents, and his son, Brandon Cody Tallau in 2016, Steve is survived by his loving wife, Kim (Mazzullo) Tallau; children Stephen William and wife Kelly Tallau of Johns Creek, GA, Jaclyn Marie Robuck and husband Justus and their three children of Niagara Falls, NY, Cameron Joseph, Colby James, and Colton Jaxson Tallau all of Suwanee, GA; sisters Judith Tappen and husband David of Florham Park; and Patricia Sterris of Caribou, ME; nieces and nephews Rebecca Tate, Brian Tappen, Debra Tappen, and Michael and Lucas Sterris, and their families. He is also survived by his many beloved pets.
The graveside service for Steve will be held on Thursday, February 13th, 2020, 11:00 am at the Glenwood Cemetery in Glenwood, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of Ferguson—Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94 (One Vanderhoof Court for GPS), Vernon, NJ 07416.
The Memorial Service for Steve will be held on Saturday, February 15th, 2020, 11:00 am at Calvary Presbyterian Church, 144 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park, NJ.
