Sparta: Dorothy M. Clark, 91 went to be with the Lord on Thursday March 12, 2020 at Barn Hill Care Center, Newton. Mrs. Clark , son of the late James and Dolly Brogan, was born in Coaldale, PA on May 29, 1928. She resided in Newark and Union, as well as Lake Lackawanna and Cranberry Lake before moving to Sparta in 1964, where she was a homemaker and mother to her three children.
Mrs. Clark was married to her husband Richard H. Clark (predeceased) for 68 years. She has one brother, James Brogan (predeceased). Mrs. Clark has three children, Richard Clark and his wife, Gabrielle of Sparta, Barbara Maglin and her husband Dave of Sparta and Tracey Grant and her husband Rich of Sparta. Mrs. Clark was an amazing “Nanny” to her seven grandchildren, Robert Lyons of Moncks Corner, SC, Erin Clark of Sparta, Thomas Grant of Sparta, Kellie Clark of Sparta, Ryan Grant of Sparta, Richard Clark of Sparta and Troy Maglin of Sparta.
