I remember when Frank came to work in Family Court for Hudson County Welfare. He was well liked by us all. He was kind and soft spoken. He worked hard for the people on welfare. When he became a Judge he still insisted I call him Frank. He loved his daughter so much. She meant everything to him. He was a great guy and I will miss seeing him jog around Jersey City. Rest In Peace my friend. God be with you and your family.

Frank was a good and decent man taken from us way too soon. I enjoyed our golf games together and just running into each on occasion near our offices in Jersey City. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. My condolences to all of his family especially to his daughter who he loved so much. Rest in peace my friend.

Frank, you surprised us all, and we are all so, so very sad. Thank you for being such a friendly smiling face day in and day out, from one class to the next, from Merriam Ave, to Halsted, to Newton High. From band, to playing 'Twas the Night Before Christmas in 6th grade (you were Santa Claus and I was Mama in her kerchief-and we had a good laugh about that for years). Year in and year out, I could always count on your friendship. We are all so much better for having you in our lives, and you will be missed tremendously. I will miss you so tremendously-I hope you know what an amazing human you were and how much people love you. Love to your family and sincerest condolences to you all.
