Obituary for Stanley J. Campen

Stanley J. Campen, a resident of Vernon, N.J. passed away at home on December 19, 2020 after a well fought lengthy battle with cancer. He was 71.Born in Paterson, N.J. he was preceded in death by his parents George J.Campen and Emma Mary Campen (DeCrescenzo) and brother Richard Campen.Stan is survived by his devoted companion Barbara McDermott and loving twin brother Steven Campen of Bangor, PA and brother Kenneth Campen and his wife Sadie of Little Falls, N.J. He is survived as well by his nephews KennethCampen, Jr. of Little Falls, N.J., Steve Campen of Effort, PA. and Michael Campen of Bainbridge, NY and niece Sunshine Campen of Effort, PA.Stan retired from his job as Security Police Officer at Montclair State University and previously held a position as Special Police Officer in Little Falls, NJ. Stan was an avid hiker, especially on the Appalachian Trail.
