Greenwood Lake, NY: Nicholas Samuel Tenk, 66 years old, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Born to Albert and Anita Tenk in Paterson, NJ, he was a resident of Vernon Twp., NJ for 25 years before moving to Greenwood Lake, NY 8 years ago.
Nicholas worked as a Manager and Planner for Mane USA in Wayne, NJ and as a fragrance and flavor compounder for many years retiring in 2012. Nicholas was an avid fisherman, motorcycle enthusiast and sports follower and was best known as a dedicated family man.
Nicholas is predeceased by his grandson, Jordin Tenk(2019) and a brother, Richard Tenk(1992) and is the beloved husband for 44 years of the woman he met when he was 15 years old, Cheryl Tenk(nee Wallace) of Greenwood Lake, NY. Devoted father of Jason Tenk and his wife, Sandra of Highland Lakes, NJ, Matthew Tenk of Mahwah, NJ and Jessica Marines and her husband, Steven of Barry Lakes, NJ. Loving grandfather of Landon Marines, Peyton Tenk, Sophia Marines, Aiden Tenk and Ryder Marines.
