Ogdensburg, NJ: Susie L. Kowalick(nee Gurganus), 78 years old, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Newton Medical Center from Non Covid related problems. Born in Jacksonville, NC to Vinson and Kathleen Gurganus, she has lived in Ogdensburg, NJ for 46 years.
Sue is predeceased by her daughter, Cindy Danley(1992) and 2 brothers, George and Danny Gurganus and is the beloved wife for 46 years of Thomas Kowalick of Ogdensburg, NJ. Devoted mother of Lee Sugot and his wife, Sally of Franklin, NJ. Loving grandmother of Kyle Sugot of Lafayette Twp., NJ, Kaylee Sugot of Bridgewater, NJ and Derrick Danley of Lancaster, SC. Cherished by a great grandchild. Dear sister of Eleanor McKivitz of Jacksonville, NC, Jimmy Gurganus of Myrtle Beach, SC and Kenny Gurganus of Carolina Beach, NC.
Sue worked for 50 years in the food and beverage service industry. She loved her garden and flowers, sharing the harvest with neighbors and friends. She was a very outgoing person, helping family and friends in any way she could and will be dearly missed. Rest Forever In Peace.
