Obituary

Mary Ann Reinhardt, 90 years of age, peacefully entered into eternal life with family members by her side, on April 15, 2021. She was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, one of five girls born to Frank and Mary Kubalek, and is survived by her youngest sister, Janet Roepke.

Mary Ann was predeceased by her husband of sixty-seven years, Leonard Reinhardt, and together they raised five beautiful children. Mary Ann was the loving and devoted mother to Leonard (and his wife Kathy), Marlene (and her husband James), Richard, Christine (and her husband Chris), and Kathleen. She leaves behind thirteen cherished grandchildren; Corissa, James, Jason, Jeffery, Justin, Christopher, Jesse, Nathan, Lenny, Richard, Brittany, Amanda and Casandra, and ten great grandchildren who were the apple of her eye; Adeline, Oliver and Theodore, Eleanor and Lucy, Mason and Kyle, Ambrosia and Theodore, and Leonard.

She dedicated her life to raising her family and supporting her husband. Not only as a housewife, but as his secretary in Leonard Reinhardt, Inc. and founding partner of Secluded Acres Farm. Her loving hands cooked many meals, baked many treats, sewed many dresses, crocheted many afghans, held many babies, wiped many tears, and gave love in countless ways.

A private family funeral has been scheduled under the direction of F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, 99 Sparta Avenue, Newton, NJ, 07860. Information and condolences can be found at www.fjohnramseyfuneralhome.com

My brothers & I looked forward to our trip to New Jersey in the 50s & 60s. Fond memories of our stays with Aunt Tootsie & Uncle Lenny.

One of my best childhood memories was getting the opportunity to travel to New Jersey with my grandparents to visit Auntie Tootsie and Uncle Lenny on the farm. Those memories will always be treasured.

I have many fond and loving memories of Mrs. Reinhardt. She was a wonderful, generous, and kind person who always welcomed me into her home and family. I met Lenny Jr. through music and playing in bands while we were in middle school. We played together in bands for many years. A large part of those memories are of Lenny’s mom, Mrs. Reinhardt, and his father, Mr. Reinhardt. I miss them. Praying and thinking of all of the children and families at this time. You are a wonderful family. — John Maryn
