Obituary for Dale T. Amory
Dale T. Amory, age 67 of Highland Lakes, passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 8th, 2021 at her home.
Born in Jersey City to the late Frank A. and Barbara (Frumolt) Amory, Dale lived in North Bergen and North Arlington before settling in Vernon in 2013.
Dale had been an Executive Chef for Prudential in Newark, but most recently worked for the US Postal Service.
Predeceased by her parents, Dale is survived by her daughters Jennifer Carriel and her husband Michael of Hackensack, and Melissa Garcia of Rockaway; grandchildren Stephanie, Luis, Samuel, Shane, Timothy, Daphnie, and Ezekiel; great-grandchildren Ali, Camille, and Jad; as well as sisters Ida Ryan, Denise Amory, and Barbara Gray. She is also survived by her loving dog, Charlie.
A “walk-through” visitation for Dale will be held on Wednesday, May 12th, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8PM at the Ferguson—Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94, (One Vanderhoof Court for GPS). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 13th, 11AM at the funeral home. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, only 150 people are permitted in the building at any one time.
