Joan E. Langford, age 84 of Glenwood, passed away on Saturday, October 23rd, 2021 at the Homestead Rehabilitation and Care Center in Hampton.
Born in Franklin to the late Lawrence and Ethel Naomi (Nutt) Hendricks, Joan lived there and Highland Lakes before settling in Glenwood about ten years ago.
A passionate antiques dealer, Joan owned and operated her own store, The Front Porch, in Franklin for many years. She was also a lover of animals; adopting everything from sugar gliders to monkeys.
Predeceased by her parents; husband, Bartholomew Langford; and daughter Theresa Russo, Joan is survived by her loving daughter, Maria Miley and husband Randy of Glenwood; grandchildren Brandon Miley, Tasha Saavedra, and Ashley Russo; and great-grandchildren Cecilia and Liana Saavedra.
Arrangements for Joan are private and under the direction of the Ferguson—Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94 (One Vanderhoof Court for GPS), Vernon, NJ 07462.
