Obituary for John Charles Hendrickson
Ogdensburg, NJ: John Charles Hendrickson, 71 years old, passed away unexpectedly at Newton Medical Center on Monday, January 17, 2022. Born to Charles and Ida Hendrickson in Paterson, NJ, he had lived in Wayne, NJ before moving to Ogdensburg, NJ 40 years ago.
John worked as a driver and repairman for the Township of Wayne Road Department for 37 years retiring in 2005. John took great joy in the outdoors hunting and fishing and was always a tinkerer, fixing small engines.
John is predeceased by 3 sisters, Lisa, Donna and Joanne and is the beloved husband of Theresa Hendrickson(nee Ross) of Ogdensburg, NJ. Devoted father of John C. Hendrickson, 2nd and his wife, Sarah of Wantage Twp., NJ and Adam R. Hendrickson of Ogdensburg, NJ. Brother of Kathy Pisciattano of Florida. Uncle to many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ on Friday, January 21, 2022 from 10 to 12 Noon. Funeral service will be at 12 Noon. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa, NJ.
