Obituary for Frederick William Blaine Sr.
Hamburg, NJ: Frederick William Blaine, Sr., 89 years old, passed away at Newton Medical Center on Thursday, March 3, 2022 after a long illness. Born to Amos and Eudora Blaine in Mendham Twp., NJ, he had lived in Hopatcong before moving to Hamburg, NJ in 1972.
Frederick served with the United States Army during the Korean War and then worked many laborer jobs before working as the Road Superintendent for Hamburg Road Dept. retiring in 2002. He was also a member of the Vernon VFW Post # 8441.
Frederick is the beloved husband for 53 years of Lillian Blaine(nee Beck) of Hamburg, NJ. Devoted father of Frederick W. Blaine, Jr. and his wife, April of Highland Lakes, NJ and Joseph Blaine and his wife, Kim of Butler, NJ. Loving grandfather of Chandler, Emma, Abigail, Morgan and Arianna.
Private cremation services under the direction of F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ. A Celebration of Frederick’s Life will be scheduled for a later date.
