Obituary for Barbara G. Waleck
Barbara Waleck of Franklin, NJ passed away on June 15, 2022 at the age of 82.
A kind and loving person that never had a bad word to say about anyone, she loved the sun and beach. Her trips to LBI and Wildwood always started with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. She was a great cook and her years spent working in restaurants left her with many great recipes and life-long friends. She enjoyed fireworks at Franklin Pond with her grandchildren, finding a treasure at a flea market, holiday picnics, the Mets and Jets and reading a good book. These are memories that will bring a smile to all who knew her. Above all, her love for her family and those family members she lost, kept her resiliently strong through any hardships life threw her way. She is deeply loved and will be missed by her family and her many friends.
Barbara was predeceased by her husband Wayne, son Wayne, daughter Jamie and granddaughter Michelle. She is survived by her sons Kevin (Susan) and Christopher (Dawn); grandchildren Justin (Ashley), Evan, Kerri, Ian (Paulina) and Courtney Wilson (Michael). Blessed with 8 great-grandchildren Caleb, Layla, Hannah, Ariana, Noah, Lola, Levi and Adrianna.
As per Barbara’s wishes, there will be no service. Arrangements are private and under the direction of the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ 07416.
