Obituary for Mary C. Schmitz
Mary C. Schmitz, age 90 of Augusta, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 24th, 2022, at the Newton Medical Center.
Born in Franklin to the late Nikolai and Antonia (Drodz) Zill, Mary grew up in Franklin with her mother and stepfather, John Sebrey. She had settled in Augusta in 1977.
Predeceased by her parents; stepfather; brother Alex Zill; and sister, Anna Boszinski; Mary is survived by her sons William Schmitz and David and his wife Christina Schmitz; and her three loving grandchildren, Preston, Garret, and Alexandria Schmitz.
A visitation for Mary will be held on Thursday, October 6th, 2022 from 10-11AM at the F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ 07416. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church in Franklin.
