Wantage Twp., NJ: Helen Verga(nee Dishian), 97 years old, passed away peacefully at Limecrest Care Center in Andover, NJ on Thursday, October 13, 2022. Born to Haig and Margaret Dishian in Paterson, NJ, she had lived in Elmwood Park then Blairstown and then Wantage Twp., NJ since 2007.
Helen worked as a clerical worker for Plex Art Design in Elmwood Park, NJ.
Helen is predeceased by her husband, Frank T. Verga(1988) and is the devoted mother of Margaret Morozov of Wantage Twp., NJ, Frank Verga of Hope, NJ and Steven Verga and his wife, Jean of Florida. Cherished by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear sister of John Dishian and his wife, Peggy of MO.
Private cremation services under the direction of Ferguson Funeral Home, 27 Third Street, Sussex, NJ. Burial of cremains at George Washington memorial Park, Paramus, NJ will be planned for a later date. Memorial gifts in lieu of flowers to a favorite animal rescue would be greatly appreciated.
