OBITUARY Westtown, NY: Joan Stevens (née Devine), 98 years old, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Roscoe Regional Rehabilitation and Residential Health Care Center in Roscoe, NY. Daughter of the late John and Mary (Berrigan), she was born in Franklin NJ and was a lifelong resident of Odgensburg NJ, spending her final years in Westtown NY with her daughter
Joan was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and sister who enjoyed caring for her family.
Predeceased by her husband Douglas (2003) and her son, James (2013) she is survived by her daughters; Mimi Gilpatrick and her husband Terrence of Westtown NY, Janie Wilson of Frankford Twp., NJ; 2 sons: Douglas and his wife, Karen of Layton, NJ, and Nicholas of Ogdensburg, NJ. Joan was also the loving grandmother and doting great-grandmother to many
The family will receive their friends at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ, on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, November 3, 2022 at St.Thomas Aquin R.C. Church, Ogdensburg, NJ.
