Obituary for Kenneth Charles Van Orden
Hardyston Twp., NJ: Kenneth Charles Van Orden, 54 years old, died after a short illness at Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice, Fredon Twp., NJ on Monday, November 14, 2016. Born to Kenneth and Gladys Van Orden in Pompton Plains, NJ, he lived in Pompton Lakes, NJ before moving to Hardyston twp., NJ a year and a half ago.
Kenneth worked as a laborer and clerk for many years, most recently for Shop Rite in Oakland, NJ. He was an avid Yankees and Giants fan.
Kenneth is predeceased by his father, Kenneth Van Orden, Jr.(1998) and is the beloved son of Gladys Van Orden(nee Conner) of Hardyston Twp., NJ. Dear brother of John Van Orden and his wife, Michelle of Wantagh, NY and Kelly Ressler of Vernon, NJ. Loving uncle of Lara, Kylie and Teagan Ressler and Jesse and Juliana Van Orden.
Memorial service will be Friday, November 18, 2016 at 1:00 PM at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ. Cremation is private. Memorial gifts to Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, 99 Sparta Avenue, Newton, NJ 07860 would be appreciated.
