To the Gale family,

Evelyn and Hazel Lewis were mentors to sister Mary and me when we were growing up in Unionville. About ten years older than we were, they were always able to communicate with us on our level. How fortunate we were to have them in our lives because in addition to our loving mother they did make a difference. I know Evelyn was always dearly loved by all who knew
her. I hope that will be a comfort to all of you at this time.

Family and friends you have my deepest sympathy. This is a difficult time for most. There are basic things that can help anyone get through the pain no matter what age, gender or religious beliefs. Many have been helped with the twelve basics or just a few. You can go to and get the basics with no cost ever. See the article “Help for those who grieve “ in the magazine section. Anyone can get help and comfort.
